Email collection

Effective communication has always been a key focus for us and as part of this strategy we would like to move to communicating with you online where possible. This will allow us to update you more quickly and effectively while minimising the impact on the environment, and allowing savings to be made to the Fund’s running costs – but we can only do that if we have your email address. If you register your email address with us, when new information (including the summary funding statement) is available online you'll get an email letting you know.

We will only use your email address for the purpose of general pension correspondence. For reasons of security and confidentiality, some communications cannot be emailed and will still be sent to you in the post. If you opt into email correspondence and subsequently change your mind, you can opt out at any time by contacting the Fund Administrator.
